For over 30 years Larry has worked with major corporations and non-profit organizations in the areas of leadership development, change management, and strategic planning. Larry has worked with more than 25 Fortune 500 companies, many of which are also Global 100. He has worked across a wide range of industries including technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, and consumer goods in addition to governmental and non-profit organizations.
Larry led the global design team for the highly acclaimed Experienced Leader program at Ford Motors and for the past 10 years has been co-facilitating that program with Jeff Jones. He has also provided direct one on one leadership coaching for hundreds of leaders from mid-level managers to C-Suite Executives.
In addition to leadership development, Larry is Founder and Executive Director of Pinetree Institute in Eliot, Maine, which works to promote child and family well-being in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
Jeff Jones is an experienced business consultant with over 30 years of experience in leadership development. For the past 10 years Jeff has co-facilitated the highly acclaimed Experienced Leader program at Ford Motors with Larry McCullough. In addition to his work with Ford he has led major leadership programs at both Chrysler and GM. Attendance at the Chrysler program he designed and led is now required for leadership development and is taught throughout the corporation.
Jeff has worked with a wide variety of industries covering a wide range of leadership topics in numerous locations around the globe including Europe, China, Singapore, Canada, Mexico, and the Middle East. He brings his MBA in Global Management and his certification in numerous leadership programs and assessments to bear on his work with leaders ranging from new managers to senior executives.
Jeff is known for his quick wit and practical hands-on approach to the everyday challenges that leaders face in today’s organizations.
