Emerging Leaders Series
Our Emerging Leaders Series is just the training new leaders need. This 3-day course guides participants on a journey of self-discovery as they “find their leader within.”
Prior to class, participants will take an individual “Strength Based Leadership” assessment and bring a copy of the results. Participants will also be asked to share highlights of the “Strengths Based Leadership” and “Crucial Conversations” books as they work through their Leadership Journey template.
